Welcome to Wilsonville Barn
When the previous owners of Wilsonville Herb Farm decided to retire, I saw more than just a property for sale. I saw a chance to create something special for families right here in the Quiet Corner of Connecticut. We worked out an agreement, I took over, and Wilsonville Herb Farm became Wilsonville Barn.
This isn’t just a place to pick up a pumpkin or a Christmas tree. It’s a spot where kids can carve, decorate, or paint their own pumpkins in our classroom area, where families can snap fall photos with their projects (or just because the season looks that good), and where memories start to stick. Come November and December, the barn fills with fresh Christmas trees, handmade wreaths, winter décor, gift baskets, hot chocolate, and—yes—photos with Santa.
We’re working hard to open by the middle to end of October (days and hours are still being finalized). And the plans don’t stop there. We’re already looking forward to things like meet and greet events with our friends at Expedition Reptile LLC, paint nights, pumpkin carvings and so much more. If you have a skill you’d love to teach kids or adults, or if you’re a food truck owner who’d like to roll in during events, I’d genuinely love to hear from you. This place is meant to grow with the community.
Wilsonville Barn is about giving families a reason to gather, celebrate the seasons, and start traditions that last. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, I hope it feels a little like coming home.

This isn’t just a place to pick up a pumpkin or a Christmas tree.
It’s a place where the seasons come alive. In the fall, families wander among the pumpkins, hay bales, and corn stalks while kids head into our classroom area to carve, decorate, or paint their own pumpkins. Parents snap photos with the finished projects—or simply because the light and the colors make everything look better. There’s warm cider to sip, easy laughter in the air, and those small moments that quietly become the memories you’ll talk about for years: the first pumpkin a child ever painted, the photo that ends up on this year’s holiday card, the feeling of slowing down together.
When November and December arrive, the barn transforms. Fresh Christmas trees stand ready to be chosen and tied to the car. Handmade wreaths, winter décor, and gift baskets fill the space. Hot chocolate warms cold hands, and Santa settles in for photos that families will treasure. It’s the same spirit in a different season—a chance to gather, celebrate, and create something lasting.
